Cheap & Easy is just a simple cooking blog logging the hits and misses of Mrs. Heather Lea’s cooking escapades. Heather is by no means a professional cook. She’s just a person that enjoys attempting to cook anything. Heather makes no promises that attempting to cook anything she has made will turn out well. Cooking is a learning experience and fun for her.
A little about Mrs Heather Lea
Heather is a mother of two: a son & husband.
She has lived in Texas for the majority of her life. Her favorite recipes will tend to use ingredients native to Mexican and Cajun cooking. She has also lived in New York City and was able to experience a wide variety of foods there.
Heather loves attempting to make her food look pretty. Photography is another side hobby of hers.
Music also makes Heather happy! If there is music going on while she is cooking, the chances are the food will turn out better.
